Cashless society is a term for describing a state where financial transactions are not conducted with money in the form of physical bank notes or coins, but rather through the transfer of digital information (usually an electronic representation of money) between the transacting parties.
JAKPAT conducted a survey towards 2000+ respondents across Indonesia about their payment preferences for financial transactions. In this survey we investigate:
1. Payment method by activities
2.How much money respondents carry in their wallet
3. E-money they owned
4.What respondents would rather: Cash or Cashless?
5. Reason for choosing cash payment
6. Reason for choosing non-cash payment
