Online payments are becoming one of the increasingly popular payment methods among internet users in Indonesia, moreover the increasing popularity of online shopping activities and delivery services. In the JAKPAT E-commerce Trends 2nd Semester 2021 report, digital wallets are the payment method used by the majority of online shoppers throughout 2021. Therefore, JAKPAT is representing the results of research conducted throughout the second semester of 2021. This survey was conducted to capture trends in the use of digital payments in Indonesia.
