In recent months, financial technology (fintech) business seems to be aggressively conducting numerous promotional programs that attract mass attention. From giving the free gift, cash back, to huge discount; all these fintech promotional programs successfully lead audience interest in using its services. This survey is aimed to capture respondents perception about fintech promotional program. We start the survey by exploring their currently use fintech product and their motivation of using it. Moreover, we expand our investigation by asking respondents usage of fintech product and explore their expected promotional program. At the very least, we ask them about the sustainability of the fintech product they already owned when the promotional program is no longer available. This survey is distributed to 1.625 JAKPAT respondents in nationwide. According to our result, notable points should be made at the conclusion of our survey result. First, the slight optimistic hint of the fintech future as a cashless payment method among our young respondents. Second, the importance of creating a supportive environment to maintain a conducive digital ecosystem in order to ensure the success of cashless lifestyle adoption among youth.
