With only 24 hours in a day, it seems that there is so much to do and so little time. Each day is filled with different activities and appointments; whether that is work, school or taking care of the family, people lead busy lives that tend to start early in the morning and end late at night.

The big question then is – with everything tobogan acuatico hinchable going on, how much sleep can one actually get? We asked people between the ages of 18 and 39 to figure out what their sleeping habits are. This survey includes the results from 502 respondents.

 

In general, we are told that we should get 8 hours of sleep inflatable each night. From our survey, 62.15% agree with that. However, only 18.73% from our pool actually get 8 hours of sleep. The reality is that most young people do not get that much sleep. Rather, the majority get between 6-7 hours.

When asked if they get enough sleep, less than two-thirds agreed. Of those who agreed, the majority got at least 7 hours. Those who felt that they do not sleep enough typically got 5-6 hours.

Even with so many things going on, it is rare for people to stop and take a break with a short nap. More than 40% say they rarely nap, and almost 20% say they never nap.

However, it is not so much the number of hours of sleep that only counts. It is also the quality of sleep. When asked about their sleep quality, only a little more than half rated it is “satisfactory.” A significant number (42.23%) rated it as poor.

To break it down further, those who get enough sleep are likelier to rate it as satisfactory. On the other hand, those who did not get enough sleep were likelier to rate their sleep quality as poor.
