The Indonesian society has its unique behaviors when it comes to celebrating Valentine’s Day. Differences in gender, generation, and socioeconomic status (SES) also create interesting patterns. Jakpat conducted a survey involving 807 respondents and found that Valentine’s Day is often associated with a gift exchange. Preferences and reasons behind gift selection can provide valuable insights for designing effective Valentine’s strategies.
These results are based on a survey conducted on 20-21st of March 2024.
