COVID-19 has affected a lot in the work field, both in micro and macro, including Indonesia. Certain sectors are increased, but another is decreased during a pandemic.
Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower stated that in April 2020 around 2 million workers have been fired massively due to the pandemic.
